The Consortium of Soave celebrates the 10th anniversary of its Soave Preview at the Palazzo del Capitano, located in the medieval town’s center of Verona. The Soave Preview begins on May 18th with two days of seminars, tastings and winery visits open to press and trade. On Saturday May 20th and Sunday May 21st, a wine and street food event will be open to the public, showing the 2016 Soave vintage, and how Soave wines pair so well with food from around the world.
On both days there will be live cooking shows, with a chance to discover the versatility of Soave wines with gourmet street food including Thai, Korean, Spanish and American cuisine. Wine lovers will also get a better understanding of Soave’s Cru wines and their virtues. Differences in soil, vineyard location, vintages, winemaking techniques and much, much more give wines to suit different tastes and occasions.
Tenuta Sant'Antonio is introducing its wines during all the event. Moreover on Friday 19th there will be the exclusive tasting "A tutta Pergola", dedicated to the journalists.
