Slow wine 2011. The bottle!

There are plenty of guidebooks around. But not many with a very precise, specific ideology that takes into consideration the work of the vinedressers and goes to meet them in their wineries. This is why we like the new Slow Wine guidebook by Slow Food. “This guide – explains the foreword written by Carlo Petrini and Gigi Piumatti – not only focuses on the quality of the wines but also on who produces them and how; it also discusses vineyards and soil, naturalness and agronomy, vines and growing methods, a sustainable future”. Tenuta Sant’Antonio has been awarded the Bottle rating for the general quality of all its wines and Amarone Campo dei Gigli 2006 is marked in red, showing that our top award-winning wine has received particular recognition.
